This Privacy Policy explains how Nexlytics, a product of the Nexror platform available at fa.Nexror.com, collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our services.
Nexlytics is a business analytics dashboard product by Nexror that enables users to connect and view data from Google Analytics properties through a secure, modern dashboard experience.
We may collect information that you provide directly, such as your name, email address, profile details, and account preferences. We also collect technical and usage data such as IP address, browser type, device information, access times, pages visited, and interaction data when you use our services.
When you connect Google Analytics or sign in with Google, we may receive limited profile information and the analytics data you authorize us to access for display in your dashboard. We do not collect or store your Google password.
We use your information to provide, operate, secure, and improve our services; authenticate your account; allow access to connected analytics data; personalize your experience; send important service updates; and support compliance, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
Our analytics experience uses Google OAuth to authenticate you and request read-only access to your Google Analytics accounts and properties (via the "https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly" scope). We use this read-only access solely to display your authorized analytics metrics, top pages, geographic data, and performance charts within your personal dashboard. We do not store, sell, or transfer your Google Analytics data to third parties. You may revoke access at any time from your Google Account security settings.
Nexlytics' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers that help us host, analyze, secure, and support our platform, as long as those providers are contractually obligated to protect your information. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or security of our users or platform.
You may update or delete your account information, revoke connected third-party access, and contact us to request access to or deletion of your personal information where applicable. Please note that some data may be retained where required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
